Kathy -- this post is from August last year, and your surprise that Colorado and Virginia had earthquakes is a normal reaction, since they hardly ever experience them. I guess my question was more about how we make recovery plans for events that happen so rarely, and which most businesses wouldn't even consider when they write continuity plans.
