I personally use WorkingPoint, a comprehensive financial tool that tracks my expenses, links to my bank accounts and sends out invoices. We also use it for WorkingPoint the business (I'm an independent contractor) and it's by far the easiest to use of all of the software options out there.It's like Mint.com but for businesses and it allows you to select transactions to import so that if you use your personal accounts for business you can track which transactions get imported into your business records! www.workingpoint.com.
