Kevin Sasser TPA Realty Services is transforming a building once intended for medical use into an office complex. Director of Marketing Service Denise Wagner said TPA is working with Equity Resource Partners - Medical II, LLC, a group of local investors and their Northeastern partners who now own 6375 Hospital Parkway, to convert the 101,740-square-foot building to office use.
