The People Behind the Platform

William G. Wade


Bill Wade is the founder and organizing executive of Company.com. Prior to Company.com, Bill served as Vice Chairman of Sage Payment Solutions, a division of Sage Software plc. Prior to the acquisition of Verus Financial Management by Sage Software, Bill served as Executive Vice President (President effective 2005), corporate secretary and board member for Verus Financial Management, Inc. Bill merged Network 1 Financial as the platform company for Verus’s operations and also served as Chairman and CEO of Network 1 Financial, a payment processing company he founded in 1989. Bill spearheaded the Verus negotiations with Sage Software leading to the company’s acquisition by Sage in February 2006 for $325,000,000.

Spero Lyons


From the start entrepreneurship has been the core of Spero Lyon’s business journey. Spero dove into the world of cuisine and became a Restaurateur at the age of 22. This was his first business acquisition that led on to many more throughout the years. In all 30 years of Spero’s business history he has never worked for anyone but himself. He has profited greatly on learning by doing and not reading about it.

David Kramer


David Kramer, who joined the Executive Team at Company.com as Chief Product Officer and General Manager in January 2016, is an accomplished high-tech leader with a proven track record of success leading customer centric organizations that deliver results for customers, employees and shareholders. David came to Company.com from Entertainment Partners, the #1 provider of payroll services to the entertainment industry, where he led the business unit that focused on building great customer experiences with all Entertainment Partners’, customer facing technology. Prior to Entertainment Partners he held various Product Management and Marketing leadership positions at Intuit, Match.com. Move.com and Wolters Kluwer. David holds a Bachelors degree from Florida Atlantic University.

Ryan Clark


Ryan joined the Company.com team in 2017 as the Chief Technology Officer. A driven and innovative technologist and leader with over 20 years’ experience, he’s passionate about designing scalable architectures, building high performing teams and creating experiences people love. Prior to joining Company.com Ryan lead the Enterprise Architecture group at Entertainment Partners. During his tenure, Ryan owned the technical vision and strategy for the organization, leading the transformation to become a digital platform for the entertainment industry. Ryan continues to be actively engaged in the technology community, acting as a technical advisor to several “up and coming” startups and software projects.

Mark Costanzo


Mark brings 20 years of dynamic financial management experience to Company.com. Mark’s focus is on mentoring and partnering with company leadership to help meet marketplace targets and strengthen the company’s capacity for long-term success. His deep experience includes raising capital across multiple companies and funds, as well as successfully planning and negotiating mergers and acquisitions.

Travis Staut


Travis spent over 15 years as an ad agency creative,
dreaming up big (and award-winning) ideas for clients across a wide range of industries, ultimately serving as the Executive Creative Director for an international digital marketing agency. As his experience and passion for driving business results deepened, Travis transitioned to the client side, where he combines his innate creativity with a passion for data and insights, building brands for the long term while delivering powerful, actionable ideas that impact the short-term bottom line.

Ross Savage


Ross joined Company.com in February 2011, when he began his career in Technology. Ross worked his way up within the organization, leading sales, support, and technology teams before ultimately leading the HyperOffice division as General Manager. Those experiences helped him build business and technical acumen, and helped shape his leadership style, which is focused on building and growing high-performing, people-centered teams. Those qualities helped propel Ross into Product Management, where he leads product and technology teams that build customer-focused solutions, leveraging data to drive decisions and actions that solve big, important customer problems. Ross holds a Bachelor’s degree from Indiana University.

Randy Simoneaux


Randy is a 28-year veteran of the credit card acquiring industry, founding and managing multiple companies including TASQ Technology and Clear Payments, Inc. both known as industry changing technologies which ended in acquisitions by First Data and Ingo Money, Inc. respectively. Clear Payments, Inc. developed the first consolidated mobile RDC capture and settlement platform which was then and remains the industry’s primary delivery technology for check to card instant push payments for the prepaid card industry. Randy serves as Director Push Payment Solutions Group guiding Company.com’s Same Day Settlement, tip to card, sales commissions and incentive bonus applications to the acquiring industry.

Glenn Kendall


Glenn Kendall comes from a Real Estate and land development background. He put together the acquisition and brokered three land tracts leading to the largest dollar per acre for a residential development in the history of Montgomery County, Maryland. Mr. Kendall then ventured into the Payments Solutions arena and started Merchant Data Systems which merged with Company.com in 2013.

Eric J. Barash


Mr. Barash has over thirty-five years of proven leadership experience in building and guiding businesses with powerful offerings, including advisory and transaction services for growth as well as for structure. He is the head of strategy for Corporate Capital Direct. Eric sold a prior company, General Interlease Corporation (“GIC”), to First Sierra Financial, a commercial finance company, as the platform acquisition in a 23 company roll-up, achieving over $2B in annual sales. First Sierra was later acquired by American Express Business Finance. Mr. Barash has been responsible for the development and management of countless national and regional vendor programs offering manufacturers and distributors funding solutions for their customers. He received a Bachelor of Science degree from LIU Post and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Miami School of Law.

Kim Cooke


Kim Cooke founded Blue Water Capital and was the original investor in and serves on the board of Skyway Communications, Inc. Cooke has over 14 years of commercial and legal experience in domestic and international transactions and private equity financings. Mr. Cooke has a true passion to help companies succeed. He has worked with credit, insurance and financial services companies to create solutions to help with the finance and investment challenges for companies. Mr. Cooke received his Juris Doctor from the Detroit College of Law.

Mike Piazza


Mike is a Major League Baseball Hall of Famer, most notably for his play with the New York Mets and Los Angeles Dodgers with whom he was named the 1993 National League Rookie of the Year. He also played for the Florida Marlins, San Diego Padres, and Oakland Athletics. Known as the best-hitting catcher of all time and having the most home runs as a catcher in MLB history, Mike was named a 12 time All-Star, and has won 12 “Silver Slugger” awards. Mike has an entrepreneurial background as well. Mike’s family company Piazza Auto Group, own 11 family franchised car dealerships around the country. Since retiring, Mike has been a much sought after motivational speaker. Mike has spoken and emceed for some of the largest and fastest growing companies in the country. Mike joined the Company.com team in 2013 as its company spokesman and in 2015 was named Chairman of Company.com’s advisory board.
