What are Stay Interviews?
Stay Interviews are interviews between employer and employee that ask questions similar to exit interview. The purpose of an exit interview is to find out the strengths and weakness that the employee found in the company before they leave. A stay interview wants to learn those same things, but while the employee is not planning on leaving. Stay interviews are tools to help employers identify and solve problems that the employees are facing, prior to losing them to another company. Stay interviews also build trust within an organization.
