What is Rotational Training?
Rotation Training is the idea that employees are more efficient if they are trained in several or all departments of a company. One theory behind rotational training is that employees are more versatile if they are able to complete work in more than one department. Another theory is that employees are more effective when they have an understanding of how each department works together to create the whole. Rotational training can help departments collaborate to solve problems and integrate new ideas and perspectives into policies.
