Training Needs Analysis is analysis completed in order to identify what training an employee might need, sometimes above and beyond the training offered within a company. Generally, training needs analysis arises when a problem has been identified with an employee that may require additional training to solve. Training needs analysis is a personalized assessment of the most effective method for creating more skilled employees. Training needs analysis is also completed sometimes when a company is developing a new process that current employees may not have the required skills or knowledge to be a part of.
